When you submit the intake form, I receive what you type: business name, contact details, fleet and coverage information. When you book an appointment, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and chosen time under Google's own privacy policy. This site sets no advertising trackers.
I use your information for one purpose: preparing and servicing your insurance quote. That means sharing relevant details with Orr & Associates Insurance Services, through whom insurance services are provided, and with the insurance carriers and wholesalers quoting your risk. I do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. and delivered to my email. Appointment bookings are processed by Google. Both operate under their own privacy policies. Insurance applications and policies are handled through Orr & Associates Insurance Services, whose privacy policy is at orrandassociates.com/privacy.
If you're a California resident, you can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows. Email [email protected] or call (916) 514-2064 and I'll handle it directly. I don't discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Quote information is kept as long as needed to service your account and meet insurance record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Email and files live in Google Workspace with two-factor authentication.
